Here is Kaleb with his new bike. He still needs to grow a little more to be able to turn the pedals, but in the meantime, we have a handle to push him along.

His party was fairly relaxed, particularly as Kaleb doesn't really like really busy, crowded places much. He is becoming a lot more confident, but still a bit clingy somedays when it's all a bit overwhelming. We took his cake and afternoon tea down to the park and had a few friends come along for a play.



The flavour of the month(s) at the moment, apart from bikes, are 'diggers'. (Read any sort of large machinery usually doing construction work along the motorways here on the coast!)

So, what else could we do, apart from a 'digger cake'!? I'm really quietly proud of my efforts, but all I really did was make a chocolate cake and stick some toys on top...shhh!

Congratulations to Keith and Kristie! We were privileged to attend their wedding in Brisbane during September. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful bride - oh ok, the groom didn't scrub up too badly either :)...





Was also great to catch up with 'the girls' again. Miss you guys!

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Toby after 12 wonderful years of companionship.

Aside from being a senior citizen, although a very spritely one, I might add, Toby had a growth/tumour that we discovered had spread through some vital organs and was inoperable.

We will miss you little guy!
