July 2007 (Kaleb - Ten Months)

Matt had holidays this month, and it was a great time for us to catch up with family and friends. I (Laura) get a holiday too - as Matt spends a lot of time with the K Man while he's at home. Here is the K Man having his first drum lesson...

On a gorgeous winter morning, Matt took to the surf while I loaded Kaleb on the bike and we rode down to the bay. While it's still a little cool to go swimming, it's still lovely to visit the beach in winter. Kaleb wasn't too keen to go near the waves...but he and Matt had a lot of fun 'running' from them!

We enjoyed lunch one day with Sean and Lucinda and little Annastacia. Annastacia is 3 weeks older than Kaleb. We met Sean and Lucinda at antenatal classes. It was great to see little Annastacia walking around and to think that Kaleb might be there soon.

One day, whilst cooking dinner, I heard a rustling in the cupboard .....


...and looked back again to find the K Man sampling some Pedigree PAL dry dog biscuits! (The photo was taken as proof in years to come).




The same night, K Man had yoghurt for dessert....but thought he might have a facial at the same time. Why not?

This I couldn't resist capturing - Kaleb's incy wincy shoes beside his Daddy's big ones.

BATHTIME FUN!!
Now that Kaleb has a few teeth, we thought it was time to crack open his little koala toothbrush and put it to work. Matt led by example... and we've never looked back. Kaleb now loves his toothbrush and cleans his teeth most nights. He also loves to clean Daddy's teeth!

SLEEP TIME!
